3Stripe Payment Authorization

Review every scheduled amount. Stripe must approve the required payment method before PCC countersigns and executes the contract.

A 5% merchant fee applies to card transactions. Up-front discounts by check/Zelle or cash are settled directly with administration.

How your monthly membership and any financed tuition are collected. Bank account costs the least and cannot expire mid-term.

Why bank account: a card expires during a long term and stops your lessons until you replace it. A bank account does not. Bank payers earn one EXTRA bonus lesson hour on any lesson package of 12 hours or more, and one month free on the membership (up to $50 off your first month).

🔒Your information stays here. PCC never sells, rents, or shares it, and never adds you to a marketing list. It is used to run your membership, your lessons, and the payments you authorize below — nothing else.

PCC Enrollment Contract & Tuition Repayment Agreement

The undersigned "Client" — ___________________ — hereby contracts Performers Career Center, LLC ("PCC") for instruction and production mentorship, effective —, and agrees to the following conditions. This is a package purchase agreement for a defined term, not a month-to-month subscription.

Terms and Commitments · CHECK EACH TO INITIAL

TUITION AND MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATION. Client purchases, and agrees to pay in full, the following: (a) Lesson Tuition — — total, for — Private Lesson Hours. (b) Membership — — per month for — months, totaling —. Both sums are fully earned by Performers Career Center upon execution of this Agreement. Any schedule permitting payment in installments is an accommodation extended at PCC’s sole discretion and constitutes financing of a debt then owed. This Agreement is not a subscription, not a month-to-month arrangement, and not a per-lesson purchase. Client’s obligation is the total sum stated; the payment schedule governs only the timing of payment.
LESSON RATE. The hourly rate reflects the full Term and the full quantity of Hours purchased. On early withdrawal or default, Hours already used are repriced at PCC’s published six-hour BASIC rate and the difference becomes due with the outstanding balance. The rate is a benefit of commitment and does not survive it.
Client remains enrolled for - months, until -, at - per month.
When each charge lands. Membership: first month on signing, then the - of each month from -. Neither amount changes, and nothing outside this Agreement is ever charged.
Payment by check is directed to PCC Productions, Inc. as PCC’s designated payee; a check so made and delivered discharges the corresponding obligation under this Agreement. Client agrees to a full private-lesson tuition balance of —, to be paid in — installment(s) of — via —. Any monthly payment plan is repayment of a full tuition balance owed and does not constitute a month-to-month lesson agreement.
Client agrees to a $25 late-payment/declined-card fee per month, which accrues, and merchant/CC fees (5%) where applicable. After thirty (30) days of non-payment, the account is automatically paused; reinstatement requires payment of the missed months plus a $50 reinstatement fee.
Client has secured payment via the payment method authorized below and has completed that authorization herein. Client understands the total tuition is owed for the contracted duration and that non-payment will lead to collections.
DISPUTED CHARGES. Before disputing a charge, notify PCC at admin@vocalstudios.com and allow ten (10) business days. A reversed charge is non-payment: the balance accelerates and access suspends. Cure within ten business days and access is restored with nothing forfeited; otherwise remaining Lesson Hours are forfeited and the balance stays due.
All hours missed due to instructor absence will be made up. Sessions missed due to excused student absence must be made up at the sole convenience of the instructor. Sessions missed due to unexcused student absence will not be made up. ALL TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
ACCESS. Lesson Hours are usable only while Membership is active and current. If Membership lapses or any payment is more than thirty (30) days past due, access suspends — Hours are retained, not forfeited, and restored on reinstatement plus the $50 fee. Suspension does not reduce the balance or pause Membership charges. Hours have no cash value.
If the Client utilizes more private-lesson hours than the contracted total, the prorated amount will be rolled into a new agreement. Clients who exceed lesson allotments do not qualify for exit until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
This contract may not be altered or downgraded, but may be upgraded at any time at the Client's request, at which point a new agreement will be made and signed.
RENEWAL. Membership renews for twelve (12) months at the rate stated. No lesson hours, package or tuition renews, and none is ever charged automatically. Decline by email to admin@vocalstudios.com at least - days before the renewal date; notice counts the day you send it. PCC confirms receipt within two business days and sends a reminder before that date. An Exit Interview is offered and is not required.
ALUMNI. Completing FULL Terms totaling twelve (12) months or more, or twelve (12) lesson hours, in good standing makes Client a PCC Alumnus: materials and student access continue twelve (12) months beyond the final Term at no charge, and Back-to-School re-enrollment stands open.
RELEASE. Death, or physical incapacitation* lasting more than thirty (30) days, ends the Term with nothing further owed. Otherwise, pause under Leave of Absence or end the Term at any time by paying the Credit recapture. PCC may always choose to do more; it is never required to.
* Physical incapacitation means a bodily condition, certified in writing by a treating physician, that leaves Client unable to communicate or to receive instruction in any form — spoken, written or recorded — for more than thirty consecutive days.
Leave of Absence. Members in good standing may take one (1) pause occurrence during the initial Term. During any renewed Term, Members may take an unlimited number of pause occurrences. Standard Terms retain a maximum of three (3) total paused months per Term. A flat $50 reinstatement fee applies each time Membership resumes; the contract automatically extends by the number of months paused. A maximum of one LOA month may fall within June, July, or August. Any LOA longer than one month requires a minimum of two (2) months prior written notice.
SCHOLARSHIP CREDIT. The credit shown applies to the online lesson package only — not to membership, In-Person or DUET lessons — and is subject to PCC’s published minimum rate. One code per enrollment. The figures for this enrollment are itemized in Services below.
PCC may reassign faculty and update curriculum during the Term.

G. Attendance, Rescheduling and Forfeiture. (a) Seven days — any reason. A scheduled lesson may be rescheduled without loss of Lesson Hours on notice given at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start time. No reason need be given. (b) Seventy-two hours — emergencies. Inside seven (7) days but at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start time, a lesson may be rescheduled without loss of Lesson Hours in the case of a genuine emergency. (c) Under seventy-two hours — the hour is consumed. A lesson cancelled with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice, or not attended, is delivered and the corresponding Lesson Hours are consumed, for any reason. PCC performs by reserving the instructor and the studio hour; that reservation is the service purchased. (d) Instructor absence. A lesson missed because the instructor is unavailable is always made up at no charge and consumes no Lesson Hours. (e) Earning hours back. PCC may, in its sole discretion, award additional Lesson Hours for completed challenges and curriculum accomplishments. Any such award is a benefit extended by PCC and is not a right, not a refund, and not an offset against any amount owed under this Agreement.

What does a BASIC membership include?+
PCC tuition

BASIC is a maintenance membership. It keeps your account, your materials and your standing with PCC active, and it is deliberately simple.

Monthly financing on online lesson packages of 6 hours or more, so a package can be spread across your term instead of paid all at once.

Your personal Google Drive — your assignments, recordings and materials, kept current and always yours to open.

That is what BASIC is for. It does not include Asynchronous Coaching, the Sheet Music Library, the Open Mic Database, PCC Salon, or the in-person lesson discount — those belong to FULL. In-person lessons are still available on BASIC, at full price.

Many students hold BASIC between periods of intensive study, then move up to FULL when they are ready to work again.

How do lesson hours work? (Your Time Bank)+
Your time bank

When you purchase a lesson package, you are buying a bank of coaching time — not a fixed weekly appointment.

Sessions can be 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, 2 or 2½ hours, or even 3-hour-plus intensives — whatever the work in front of you calls for. A quick brush-up before an audition might take 30 minutes; a recording session or role preparation might run half a day. Your hours simply draw down as you use them.

Use your bank flexibly, at your own pace, without any pressure — book the session length you need, when you need it, for as long as your membership is active.

How does Asynchronous Coaching work?+
Asynchronous coaching

This is the real deal of the whole membership: an attentive coach in your corner every day, not just at lesson time. You receive assignments and exercises, submit recordings by video or audio — as easy as talking to your phone — and get one-on-one feedback just as in a lesson, in bite-sized delayed snippets back and forth instead of one long session. It is (unlimited).

Many students build a full vocal education through Asynchronous Coaching alone — it is a complete training path in its own right.

Daily monitored practice assignments keep you accountable between lessons, and everything lives in your personal Google Drive, communicated through your choice of email or WhatsApp. Tap Learn More in the membership list above for the full picture.

What is PCC Salon?+
PCC Salon performance

PCC Salon is our multi-discipline Vocal Performance and Artists' Forum, the beating heart of the PCC community, taught by Patrick Michael Wickham.

Gathering dates, times, and location are announced directly to members as each session is scheduled.

At each Salon, students take the floor with whatever they are building: songs in progress, vocal works, original lyrics and songs, acting monologues and scenes, and more. It is a safe public forum: a place to test material in front of a warm room before you test it in front of the world. Salon is (unlimited) for Full members.

What is the PCC Music Library?+
Sheet music

The PCC Music Library is your complete study library, in three wings:

  • Sheet Music Library — all of your sheet music is included, engraved and delivered in any key you need, ready for auditions, gigs, and practice.
  • Audio Library — far more than a karaoke library: a comprehensive collection of over 80,000 recordings spanning Broadway, Pop, Rock, R&B, Jazz, Blues, Gospel, Classical, Opera, Country, Folk, and World Music — across 60 subgenres. Nearly any song can be adjusted in key and tempo, powered by STEM4RGE, PCC's proprietary software that removes or isolates the vocal on famous high-resolution tracks.
  • Guide Tracks — practice tracks of vocals-only and/or piano melodies of the songs you are working on.

The PCC Exercise Library — the full warm-ups and vocal exercise database — is a separate Full-membership perk alongside the Music Library.

What events and workshops does PCC run?+
PCC holiday event

PCC's performance calendar runs all year:

  • Two major events annually — each December and June — featuring student recitals and workshops.
  • Love Stinks — our February open mic, timed for the season of heartbreak.
  • Gender Bender — our April Fools open mic: sing the songbook you're not "supposed" to.
Where do in-person lessons happen?+
In-person coaching

In-person training takes place at PCC's private Manhattan studio: an intimate, luxurious space with a grand piano.

The exact location is provided when your lesson is scheduled.

In-person lessons are taught by Mr. Wickham only and include Premium Training. The studio hour is $375, and a FULL membership takes $25–$100 an hour off it depending on your term — $275/hr at fifty months.

What does a FULL membership actually save me?+

$50 off every single lesson hour you buy — online, at every package size, on every term. It is not a percentage and it is not a promotion. It comes straight off the published rate.

Online packages run $300/hr at six hours down to $200/hr at ninety-six. With a FULL membership those become $250 down to $150.

  • 6 hours — you save $300
  • 36 hours — you save $1,800
  • 96 hours — you save $4,800

In the studio it goes further: a FULL membership takes $25 to $100 an hour off the in-person rate depending on your term, and it is the only way to book a DUET lesson — a quarter off the studio hour on top of that, which is $75 an hour on a sixty-minute lesson.

A scholarship code is separate and stacks on top of all of it. The membership discount is never reduced by one.

How do DUET Lessons work?+
Duet lessons - two singers, one studio

A DUET lesson is an in-person lesson shared with one other singer — two participants max, at PCC's private Manhattan studio with Mr. Wickham.

The format: you warm up together, then the session splits into 25 concentrated minutes each of one-on-one repertoire and technique coaching, with your partner observing. If the two of you are working on actual duet repertoire, tandem coaching is allowed for the whole session.

Why it works: watching Mr. Wickham adjust another singer is its own masterclass. The format is a highly-optimized way of learning based on the open-lesson format developed at Indiana University, which helped singers in a single studio benefit more from every hour taught.

The one rule: you and your partner never make critical observations of each other. Insights, curiosities, and discussion of vocal technique and artistry are welcome — critique belongs to the coach.

  • Price — each singer pays the price of an online lesson at their current rate, instead of the in-person rate. No package necessary — request a DUET when booking any in-person lesson.
  • Membership — a FULL-membership benefit. Without a membership, a single DUET may be purchased à la carte at 25% off the standard in-person rate.
  • Premium — DUET lessons require Premium registration with Mr. Wickham; in-person training includes Premium automatically.
  • No-shows — if your DUET partner doesn't appear, the full lesson is yours, one-on-one.
  • Online DUET lessons — coming soon.
How do monthly charges work?+
Tuition
  • Memberships — billed monthly by card authorization for the term of your contract: $25–$125 per month depending on type and term. After your original term, membership renews in twelve-month periods at your original rate, billed monthly, until you complete an Exit Interview. Your first month is charged the day you sign.
  • Two charges, two dates — membership and lesson tuition are billed separately. Lesson tuition settles on the day of the month you signed. Membership settles on the 1st if you join on or before the 15th, or on the 15th if you join after the 15th — whichever gives you a full stretch before your second charge. Join on the 28th and your next membership charge is the 15th, not three days later. Your exact date is printed in your contract before you sign. Nothing is ever charged that isn't on your signed contract.
  • Lessons — a separate, optional add-on. Financed lesson payments spread in equal monthly installments on your plan's payment schedule, within your membership term. Financing begins with the 6-hour package.
What if I only want lessons?+
Vocal training

Every PCC student holds an active membership — a Basic membership ($25/mo) is required for ongoing study. It covers account maintenance: scheduling, billing, and the upkeep of your lesson credits.

Your lesson package is a separate purchase on top of that, and any membership may finance packages of 6 hours and up — on Basic, for up to as many months as the package holds hours. Full membership is optional but unlocks the library, coaching, Salon, events, and extended financing options across longer schedules.

How do up-front payment discounts work?+
Up-front payment

Paying a private-lesson package in full earns an up-front discount by payment method:

  • Credit card — 5% off
  • Check or Zelle — 10% off
  • Cash — 15% off

The discount applies to the balance after any tuition credit on your account.

Can I pause my membership?+
Membership pause

Yes. Members in good standing may take one leave occurrence during the initial contract and an unlimited number of occurrences during renewed contracts. Standard Terms retain a maximum of 3 total paused months per Term.

  • A flat $50 reinstatement fee applies when you resume, and your contract automatically extends by the number of months paused.
  • At most one leave month may fall within June, July, or August.
  • Any leave longer than one month requires a minimum of two months prior notice.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Cancel membership

Enrollment runs for your contracted term, and afterward renews in twelve-month periods at your original rate. To end enrollment you must:

  • Be in good standing (no outstanding balance, no remaining unpaid lessons).
  • Request an Exit Interview link from administration and complete it a minimum of three (3) months prior to the end of your current period.

A premature cancellation fee equal to the prorated rate of the original membership applies to any membership ended before the agreement is fulfilled. Unused lessons remain usable only while a membership is active.

What if I miss a payment?+

  • Missed payments carry a $25 per month fee, and these accrue month over month.
  • After 30 days, a missed payment automatically pauses your account. Once payment is received, a reinstatement fee equal to the missed months plus $50 applies.

Note the difference from a leave of absence: a planned pause carries a flat $50 fee and extends your contract, while missed-payment fees accrue.

What if I cancel before using all my lessons?+
Unused lessons

Contracts terminated before fulfillment result in the loss of all outstanding private-lesson credits, along with access to online resources and asynchronous coaching. Lesson hours are usable only while a membership is active; a lapsed membership may be reinstated (with a $50 fee) to access remaining hours. Protect your investment — finish your term.

What if I buy in-person lessons and convert them to online?+
Converting lessons

You may convert remaining in-person hours to online at any time. The in-person surcharge on your unused hours converts to additional lesson credit at your current package rate — your investment is never lost, it simply becomes more training.

What if I use up my lessons before my membership term ends?+
PCC performer

Your membership continues to the end of its term, and that's a good thing. As long as you are in good standing you keep full access to all online resources, asynchronous coaching, PCC Salon, and every event and workshop, whether or not lessons remain on your account.

What happens to my personal and payment information?+

It stays here. PCC never sells, rents, or shares your information, and never adds you to a marketing list. It is used to run your membership, your lessons, and the payments you authorize — nothing else.

  • Your card security code is never printed on your contract, never saved, and never sent. It verifies the card once.
  • Your bank details never appear on your contract.
  • You are never charged an amount that is not written into your contract. No setup fees, no processing fees, no automatic upgrades.
  • Lesson tuition never auto-renews. Your rate is locked for your full term, and there is no month-to-month billing anywhere at PCC.
